Chocolate Cake Recipe

Almost everyone has done once in a lifetime Nega Maluca cake. If you have not, do (laughs).
It is a very old and easy recipe to be made. The result is surprising because it is a cuddly cake, a soft and tasty cake. Great for lunch. Children love and chocoholics too.
The recipe is almost the same as we find out there. Here's how I do:
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
1 cup (tea) of powdered chocolate
1 cup (tea) of oil
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour.
1 cup (tea) of boiling milk
1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder (baking powder)
Mode and preparation:
In a blender place the sugar, eggs, chocolate and oil. Place the blender contents into a bowl and add the flour and the yeast. With wire whisk mix well. Add the boiling milk and mix until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
Bake in 180 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Poke the toothpick into the cake. If it comes out clean is already baked. If it turns out with glued dough should be more. The form used is a rectangular 27 cm x 18 cm and 5 cm.
Obs .: If you like chocolate, you can use it in this recipe, but it is necessary to reduce the sugar in the recipe. Place only 1 cup of sugar. I do not like to use chocolate. I put 1/2 cup of chocolate and 1/2 cup cocoa. So the cake is well darkened.
